Return Policy of EPIX Clothing

Please find details regarding the return and refund policies for Epix Clothing below. We encourage you to leave email: info@epixclothing.com regarding your experience requesting a return or refund from Epix Clothing (in-store / online) so others can benefit from what you learned.

IN-STORE PURCHASES:

* Strictly no refund:

• No cash refund or credit back to credit cards

All items are quality checked for any faults before shipment.

In order for the return process to be handled as quickly as possible, Customers are requested to send all the items that they wish to change, in a single shipment.

In order to reduce the risk of damage to the products, we recommend to return them in the same packaging in which they were received.

Returned items that are damaged, stained or altered will be rejected and not reimbursed.

* Exchange:

• Epix Clothing will happily exchange items within 07 days from the original purchase date. Items should be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customers.

• Items must be returned with all Epix clothing tags still attached and with the original receipt.

• Items can be exchanged in any of our retail store within the time period and all condition above should be met.

• If items given as a gift, please ensure to write the invoice number on the tag card.

• Undergarments, fashion accessories (handbags, jewelleries, & cosmetics) swimwear, gift cards, and e-cards are all final sale items & cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have purchased a product online at Epix clothing website (www.epixclothing.com), you may return it at one of their stores, provided you have your receipt. They can only process an exchange if you return it in-store. You will not get a refund.

If you are returning an item because what you received was defective or the incorrect one, you may return it at No.6, First floor, mega city, Athurugiriya for an exchange.

If you wish to exchange the item by mail, fill out the return form with either “defective” or “wrong item.” If you want a replacement, write “exchange” in the notes section. If item is inspected and confirmed defective, a replacement will be shipped to you at no cost.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations by customers should be done before the purchased/ordered items are dispatched from Epix Clothing. No refunds will be made for the already purchased items. For Cancellations, email us on info@epixclothing.com

Epix clothing reserves the right to cancel any order without providing reasons or explanation for same, if under the prevailing circumstances, the requirement cannot be met. However, We will ensure that any such cancellation will be communicated and notified to the customer and that any refund, if applicable will be made to the customer within a reasonable period of time.
